CATERING POLICIES

We are pleased to serve the Exelixis community with food that is alive with flavor and nutrition, prepared from scratch using authentic ingredients. We do this in a socially responsible manner for the well being of our guests, communities and the environment. Our foundation in catering and focus on culinary expertise means that we provide unparalleled food, presentation and service for your event. From morning breakfast buffets to elegant evening receptions, you will find that we only offer the finest, freshest ingredients prepared with creativity and passion, and presented with style and elegance.

Our seasonal menus are thoughtfully designed to highlight the freshest local ingredients available. We will gladly assist you with selecting items, developing custom menus and planning a successful event within your budget. please note when ordering online:

• A 48-hour minimum notice is requested for all catering events. If this is not possible, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs but your menu selection will be limited.
• Cancellations may be subject to a fee.
• Catering orders are subject to local sales tax.
• Minimums: $50.00 minimum for delivered orders. 30-minute set-up time is preferred prior to event. Please reserve your meeting space accordingly.
• Catering events ending after 4pm, may be subject to additional fees.
• For customized menus for your special catering event, there is a minimum of $35 per person.
• Custom menus, including branded desserts must be requested one week prior to your event.
• Any changes to your order, including but not limited to venu changes, menu changes and alterations to custom menus, with less than 24 hrs notice will be subjected to additional fees.
• Without a catering order/event, paper products are available to the cafe for purchase.
• Equipment rental: Equipment availibility varies depending upon the number of guest and type of catering event.  Equipment rental arrangements will be discussed at the time of your inquiry.  The lessee is responsible for any loss or damaged equipment and will be subject to replacement fee.
